Say it aint so!

It seems Sony is being pulled back into the trenches of civil suits yet again over patent infringement and legal malpratice. Craig Thorner, an engineer who holds various patents has filed the civil suit. His argument of the suit is rather interesting stating that lawyers got him unfavorable results during the initial negotiations that resulted in low royalty fees and provision that would give Sony the patent license.

Hopefully this will all blow over and everyone can part ways with their dignity and important interests intact.
