EA has officially brought music to our ears by announcing DEAD SPACE 2 on all next-gen console. For months now the video game community has speculated what only seemed obvious even though no concrete announcements were made. In 2008 the original Dead Space came onto the scene and grabbed everyones attention very quickly.

By all accounts developer Visceral Games created the sleeper hit of 2008 offering an action-packed atmospheric game packed with all the bells and whistles needed to scare the hell out you. There was also an R-rated animation movie, DEAD SPACE: Downfall which was actually the prequel to the original game. Be sure to put your kids to sleep before watching, seriously.

Your do everything protagonist Issac Clark makes his return and some all new characters will also be introduced in DEAD SPACE 2.
