Utilizing Rockstar’s proprietary Rockstar Advanced Game Engine (RAGE), Red Dead Redemption features an open-world environment for players to explore, including frontier towns, rolling prairies teeming with wildlife, and perilous mountain passes - each packed with an endless flow of varied distractions. Along the way, players will experience the heat of gunfights and battles, meet a host of unique characters, struggle against the harshness of one of the world’s last remaining wildernesses, and ultimately pick their own precarious path through an epic story about the death of the Wild West and the gunslingers that inhabited it.

Rockstar Games now introduces an in-depth look into the world of Red Dead Redemption with a Weapons & Death Gameplay Series:

The latest installment of the PS3 exclusive, puzzle-oriented platformer Topatoi is currently available on the European PSN Store and we definitely recommend it. Topatoi: Pillar of the Skies is a second episode of Topatoi saga, that introduces a new mechanical world and plenty of new features. Episode two is an add-on so it will require the first episode, The Great Tree Story, to be installed on your console. This is definitely a good thing as Episode one offers amazing gameplay experience. Also, if you are eager to jump right into Episode two without completing Episode one, you will be glad to know that you can do that as well.

Rockstar Games have announce the much anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City for the PS3 which will be available March 30, 2010. Finally PS3 users will have the opportunity to experience the last two chapters of the Grand Theft Auto IV saga. Both The Lost and Damned and Ballad Of Gay Tony will be available on one blu-ray disc.

So be sure to mark your calendars, March 30th the game will retail for $39.99 and the individual downloaded episodes will cost $19.99 on the Playtation Network. I say save the extra hard drive space and pick up the blu-ray disc as a collector’s item.

Finally, PS3 users will get a chance wrestle with the origami killer as the highly anticipated title, Heavy Rain will land state side February 11th in demo form. The demo is said to offer users two chapters from Heavy Rain which will feature Scott Shelby, the private detective and Norman Jayden, an FBI agent.

Heavy Rain has officially gone gold and on schedule to be released February 23rd so definitely mark your calendars.

Tired of those long and painful load times while playing Bayonetta on your PS3, well SEGA has just sent in the cavalry. SEGA Europe and SEGA America can today announce that an online update is available now for the PlayStation 3 version of BAYONETTA on PlayStation Network.

This online update allows the game to be installed onto the console’s hard drive which significantly decreases the loading times for the game. The update will be automatically downloaded by PlayStation 3 users when they launch BAYONETTA.

Set in the realm of brutal Greek mythology, God of War III is a single-player game that allows players to take on the climatic role of the ex-Spartan warrior, Kratos, as he scales through the intimidating heights of Mt. Olympus and the dark depths of Hell to seek revenge on those who have betrayed him. Armed with double-chained blades, and an array of new weapons and magic for this iteration of the trilogy, Kratos must take on mythology’s darkest creatures while solving intricate puzzles throughout his merciless quest to destroy Olympus.

Kratos will carve his way through entire armies while navigating on the back of Titans - living, moving, breathing levels as tall as the Empire State Building. Make no mistake about it, God Of War III will be an epic journey that only the might of Kratos can indure.

QUANTUM THEORY is Tecmo Koei Europe’s newest original IP and the company’s first attempt at the third-person shooter genre. Players take on the role of the massive, gun-wielding warrior Syd and will battle through intense action sequences in an unpredictable, shape-shifting battlefield, aided by the mysterious acrobatic Filena.

In addition to single player campaign, QUANTUM THEORY also supports four modes of online multiplayer, complete with voice chat for real-time communication. Tecmo Koei’s sci-fi, action third-person shooter arrives spring 2010.

If you do manage to get through, you will be able to take part in the HEAVY RAIN: Evidence Analysis mini-game.
